Was cora a better Mom?

Cora is one of the villian on once upon a time tv show, All she ever wanted was to make her daughter regina a queen so she compeled regina to marry snow white's father king leopold i know for many other people cora was a bad mother because she killed regina's true love daniel but still she made her stronger and made her realized that she is stronger and powerful and love is weakness as that was believed by cora but regina also believed the same.

1- Regina the evil queen: Because of cora regina became the evil queen which she never wanted to be , all she ever wanted was daniel but as a mom she wanted her daughter to be the queen , she was a miller's daughter and her life was so horrible , her love left her as a pregnant woman because he was a coward and wanted cora to give him money when he realized that cora is going to marry the king but it did'nt work out ,snow white's mother saw them talking and told this to prince and cora left zelena as a baby after that.

2- Zelena as isolated witch: Because of cora zelena became more and more wicked her powers were uncontrollable and she always wanted her mother;s love and she felt more insecure when she realized that rumple is training regina instead of her and regina got everything ever wanted but if cora never should have left zelena , zelena never should have learnt how to live alone and be a isolated witch, As a mother cora loved her but she wanted zelena to have her better chance , i mean cora was just a miller's daughter how she was supposed to take care of zelena.

3- Love for her daughters: The ''Sisters'' episode proved that cora is a better mom i mean her unfinished business was to end the fight between two sisters regina and zelena and it did happen she magically restored their memories of past when they both knew eacother but as cora's perception was that any kind of love is weakness so she thought that its a better option to not let love break her again.

and guess what she went to heaven for that because she was not that evil ,she kept her heart out so emotions should never bother cora in taking decisions for the better life of regina.
